		<description>That does work.  However, there are other benefits to using the real Email to Case feature such as an improved interface for managing incoming and outgoing responses to Cases.</description>

		<description>We do this already with Email Services.  We forward our support email to an address provided by salesforce.  Then parse the incoming emails using Apex and either create a new Case or update an existing one.</description>
