App Exchange Apps
Update 7/6/2008: I am no longer using del.icio.us for this purpose. The list of apps is still below, but it’s very outdated.
Using del.icio.us, I am keeping a running list of AppExchange Apps that particularly impress me for one reason or another.

When I send out emails within Saleforce - I can only see the name of the document attached i.e. the excel spreadsheet that I sent - how can I actually attach an attachment in salesforce and see it - open it etc.

Colleen - Salesforce does not archive the attachments to emails you send out of it. This is probably to save storage space. At this time, I am not aware of a way to have it save those attachments. I would recommend BCCing yourself on the emails to archive them.
Alternatively, you could send the emails from Outlook and use the outlook connector to archive the email to Salesforce. The attachment will not be in Salesforce, but it will be in your Outlook folder.
