Hi Scott. Thought I’d point out a new integration option: Cirrus Insight.
CI brings Gmail users the ability to log emails, create leads, create contacts, create cases, and create tasks all right from Gmail. We’ll display contact information for leads and contacts instantly as well.
We just launched out public beta just over a week ago and feedback has been great. Check it out!
Thanks!

Hello Scott,
Just thought I’d add another option. Our latest product, The Scoop Composer, is a Gmail-Salesforce Integration that shows contextual Salesforce data at the bottom of every email. Not only does it give you the ability to log emails, create Leads, Contacts, Cases, and Tasks from within Gmail, but it is fully customizable by business and by job role. There are quite a few other features to check out, but that’s a preview. Enjoy!: http://www.cloudgizmos.com/salesforce-gmail-integration Rachel (from CloudGizmos)
